Project Management: A Guide for the Real World – Risk Management

Risk management involves the successful identification of project risks (threats or opportunities), their analysis in terms of probability and impact as well as the implementation of successful mitigation strategies. It is often forgotten that the entire risk management cycle continuously iterates throughout the project management cycle – it is not a singular event.
