Tessa joined Canadian Management Centre in 1993. Her role enables her to blend her passion for both people and learning. A skilled networker and proven collaborator, Tessa has a natural flair for bringing people together. When she first joined CMC, Tessa was responsible for organizing Top Management Forums and other events, across North America for both Canadian Management Centre and American Management Association.
She pioneered CMC’s evolution into delivering programs on-site within our client’s organizations which has since expanded to her current role as a National Account Director. She works to manage our client’s expectations and to assemble the CMC team to ensure we consistently exceed them. Tessa’s approach to client service is to get to know each client individually, and treat them efficiently and respectfully.
