Canadian Management Centre this week presents the American Management Associations podcast Architecture of Choice with guest Richard Thaler.

During this podcast economist Richard Thaler will discuss how to use choice architecture to establish environments that are designed to assist people in making good decisions for themselves and those they interact with.

Mr. Thaler will give real life examples on how to establish effective choice environments and will review the average persons thought and decision making patterns. Mr. Thaler will also address the controversial views on establishing these choice environments that entice a person to make the choices that are laid out before them.

The podcast will outline the business acumen of using choice architecture to support not only employees but consumers while meeting overall business objectives.
