Offered exclusively in North America by Canadian Management Centre, The Management Course is an intensive, four-week management program specially designed to rapidly advance the already developed skills of mid- to senior-level managers.

Led by our top facilitators, this comprehensive management program teaches proven methods for strategic planning, financial analysis, problem solving, team building, improving work relationships and executive development. These are the very skills possessed by leading executives around the world, and they’ll have a dramatic, lasting effect on your organization.

Unlike other longer and more costly management programs, The Management Course can be completed in just four weeks, taken at your convenience over a 12 to 18 month period. Each session is offered at least twice in a year, and sessions can be taken in any order.

• Unit 1: Management - this management course enables you to examine your role, implement best practice strategies and further both your organization’s goals and your own

• Unit 2: Finance - this finance course provides a working knowledge of corporate finance to help you analyze and measure performance effectively and use this information to make better management decisions

• Unit 3: Marketing Strategy - this marketing course puts the essentials of marketing into the context of today’s rapidly evolving business environment

• Unit 4: Leadership - this leadership course shows you how to share your vision through times of uncertainty, focus on the achievable goals and lead successfully
