Professional Development that is Intelligent, Practical and Impactful

Our instructional design methodology follows these principles:

  • Appeal to all learning styles - Kinesthetic, Auditory, Visual, Mental exercises

  • Activity-based design within modules

  • Building a learning culture within the classroom - everyone has the opportunity to be a learner and a teacher

  • Rotating and balancing design between physically active and passive learning activities

  • Ensuring that no more than 30% of time is focused on the instructor, with the other 70% devoted to learner activities

  • Being open to changes, flexibility within the program and with the on-going design, adapting to group and individual needs

  • Finding ways to make learning enjoyable through activities

  • Commitment to getting results
