Lyndsy Evenden

Director, Quebec & Eastern Canada Region

After graduating with a BA in International Business and French, Lyndsy kick started her career in the Marketing department of Yves Rocher in Paris. After developing a preference for the sales side of the business she quickly transitioned into solutions sales positions within the training and development industry, specializing in developing corporate customized programs.

Lyndsy previously worked with the European arm of the American Management Association (AMA), Management Centre Europe (MCE).  Based out of Brussels Belgium, she was responsible for clients in the Nordic and Benelex countries, managing ongoing partnerships and developing new customer relationships.

Lyndsy initially joined the CMC team in 2004 as the National Account Director for clients in the Ottawa region.  Since transitioning to Montreal in early 2007, Lyndsys’ focus has been on developing business in Quebec and Eastern Canada, with the ultimate goal of establishing CMC as a Training Partner of choice for clients in these regions.

Lyndsy’s passion comes from making meaningful connections with people.  Getting to know her clients and their industries be it public or private sector, and building solid mutually beneficial relationships that last.  Lyndsy is comfortable working with clients in a wide spectrum of industries and her client base ranges from private sector (e.g. pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing, transportation) to governmental and not for profit organizations.   Her goal is to fully understand the business challenges her clients are facing and help them to tackle these challenges through tangible, often complex development solutions that deliver impactful results

As the overall relationship manager for her clients, Lyndsy strives to continuously add value and carefully oversees the implementation of all customized programs, from development through to evaluation.
