Canadian Management Centre is pleased to present the American Management Associations marketing podcast How to Market Yourself with special guest C.J. Hayden. C.J. Hayden is a Master Certified Coach and principal of Wings Business Coaching, LLC, a firm that teaches self-employed professionals to make more money with less effort.

C.J. Hayden will review during this podcast the marketing challenges that entrepreneurs and small business owners face. The first being that most small business entrepreneurs seem to be afraid to limit themselves to any one market niche and try to cast a wide marketing net.

C.J. will give examples of why this is inefficient and why it is essential for the small business owner to pick one marketing niche and speak to them directly.

Throughout this presentation C.J. will discuss the ideal method(s) of creating a strategic marketing plan and why having an organized system will result in producing a motivated and results driven sales team and business plan.
