Do you have what you need to become a seasoned leader?

Case in Point is a flexible set of online cases, designed to help prepare middle- and senior-level managers for a variety of leadership challenges. These short, reality-based scenarios provide sophisticated content to create a focused view into the realities of the life of a leader. There are 20 topics under the themes of Communication, Decision Making, Leading Others, Strategy, Developing People and Innovations.

Case in Point can be used in multiple types of training and development situations:

  • used in preparation for a classroom discussion (comprehensive facilitation guides are included)
  • offered to unit heads and other leaders for use with their own teams
  • supplied as a stand-alone resource to managers for self-directed use as they wrestle with critical business issues

In addition to the case scenario, each title in Case in Point contains two resource articles, a summary of the concepts, and an application tool for participant takeaways. Cases require only about 20 minutes of pre-work online and can be supplemented by a 30 to 60 minute group discussion.
