Canadian Management Centre has won the Gold Award for Training Excellence at this year’s Canadian Society of Training and Development (CSTD) Conference.

Our entry, Make It Happen: Leadership Fundamentals Series, a program designed and developed in partnership with our client, LoyaltyOne (formerly AIR MILES® Reward Program) was selected for the Gold Award in the external learning category.

Judged by our peers, this recognition is particularly meaningful to Canadian Management Centre as it’s further affirmation that our Real World design and development methodology uses Best Practices in learning design principles.

Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD) is a not-for-profit membership association dedicated to the profession of training, workplace learning and human resources development. With over 2,000 current members, CSTD is the largest association in Canada dedicated to the profession of training and human resources development. Governed by a voluntary Board of Directors, CSTD is currently celebrating its 60th year.

The CSTD Canadian Awards for Training Excellence have honoured innovative, Canadian-developed learning products and programs since 1995. This program is open to all member organizations. Entries are judged on originality, instructional design, evaluation strategy, packaging, communication style and overall value.
