Ensuring employees apply what they have learned once they leave a training session has always been one of the most difficult challenges in the learning and development profession. As we continue to be faced with the pressure to ‘prove’ that the investment of time and resources in training has an impact – we must find ways to guarantee there is a noticeable and measurable change in the activity and performance of the participants as a result of their participation in our programs and initiatives.

More than ever, training must deliver solutions to meet the needs and opportunities of internal business partners. Training is not about delivering programs, but delivering on the expectations of key business stakeholders. Organizations that learn to work within this new framework will succeed. Those who do not are in jeopardy of losing their ground on the competition. For this reason, we are inviting you to join Dr. Jim Kirkpatrick complimentary session to discuss Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation and how to determine the effectiveness of a training program.

This session is designed to create an understanding of the urgency of training professionals and departments to form effective, working relationships with their internal business partners, while acquiring the knowledge and skills to make it happen, primarily through Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation. Emphasis will be placed on streamlined and targeted evaluation.

What you'll learn:

  • Beginning with the End in Mind
  • Bringing the Business Partnership Model to Life
  • Return on Expectations, not Return on Investment
  • Streamlined Evaluation Tools
  • Automating Evaluation
  • Creating a Compelling Chain of Evidence

REGISTER NOW. The first 20 individuals who register will receive a complimentary copy of Jim’s book, Implementing the Four Levels (co-authored with his father Don Kirkpatrick), at the event.
