How Corporate Culture Impacts Employee Engagement and Productivity

Many corporations are increasingly aware that their corporate culture affects not only their employees but also the
bottom line.

To gain a better understanding of the effect culture has on organizations, AMA commissioned the Institute for Corporate Productivity to conduct a global survey of corporate cultures in today’s organizations.

In some companies, culture develops by default. In others, culture is developed and cultivated intentionally. The latter are the organizations that position themselves for competitive advantage by designing work environments that allow people the freedom to be their best, often leading them to outperform their competitors.

What you'll learn:

At this Webcast, Edward T. Reilly, President and CEO of American Management Association; Jay Jamrog, Senior Vice President of the Institute for Corporate Productivity; and Pauline Larkin, Founding Director of Peoplematters will explore the survey findings and examine corporate culture in the context of its impact upon high-performing organizations, including:

  • Whether a positive corporate culture can be a competitive advantage in turbulent economic times
  • How changing demographics will impact corporate culture
  • Ways that leadership style influences corporate culture
  • Various impacts of decentralization upon culture
  • Characteristics of a state-of-the-art corporate culture
  • And much more

In addition, you'll hear from Neal Kulick, VP Global Talent at McDonald's, Rita Bailey, former senior executive at Southwest Airlines, CEO of QVF Consultants and other experts on corporate culture.
