Providing Training for the Real World First Means Understanding Yours

STEP 1: PRELIMINARY NEEDS ASSESSMENT OF OVERALL TRAINING REQUIREMENT

From the beginning, we work towards understanding your needs to ensure that the corporate solution we create for you will fit your requirements.

STEP 2: DETAILED PROPOSAL

This step includes an extensive outline of the learning solution, faculty recommendation, our understanding of your delivery requirements and an investment estimate.

STEP 3: TRAINING AGREEMENT

Upon your satisfaction, we create a Training Agreement so that all parties are clear on dates, deliverables, costs and additional details. This step guarantees the smooth implementation of your solution.

STEP 4: DETAILED NEEDS ASSESSMENT

At this stage, we work very closely with you collecting information on your priorities, performance gaps, cultural factors, learning style preferences, and more, in order to create customized activities and content.

STEP 5: PROGRAM DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

Developing a customized program from our body of over 250 courses, the notebook and other course materials are created, customized activities are developed, and new content is integrated into the program.

You can be as involved as you like with the development and approval processes to be sure that our recommended program matches your vision.

STEP 6: PROGRAM DELIVERY

Our Event Management team will carefully manage each scheduled training session, managing the delivery of the learning materials and verifying that the training facility is properly equipped with the necessary teaching aids.

Our selected faculty will put the developed plan into action, creating an interactive environment that supports all adult learning styles. A pilot session can be conducted prior to roll-out to evaluate content and modify our approach to ensure it meets our agreed upon objectives.

STEP 7: PROGRAM EVALUATIONS

Participants are provided with an evaluation survey at the end of the program to determine their overall satisfaction levels. We can also arrange a more extensive level of evaluation that will measure the results and impact of the learning.

STEP 8: CONTINUOUS LEARNING

Many continuous learning reinforcement activities, such as Harvard Business School Publishing online tools, E-learning, coaching, and more can be integrated into your solution as required.
