We believe the blend of classroom training and coaching is a natural one. With the caliber of our Coaches at Canadian Management Centre we can assist you with the application of your training. After your seminar you may feel the need to answer the question - "now what?"

At Canadian Management Centre we are here to assist you in the application and transfer of your learning. We can design a personalized Coaching Plan for you prior to taking a seminar or after the class is complete. Each Coaching Plan we create will involve a specialized coaching agreement with measurable outcomes.
