"Ethics of the Coach and Client"

We identify with the needs of individuals to ensure highly credible coaching services and coaches. This is why we have spent time investigating the differences in coaching and what constitutes coaching and what does not. In this same regard we have implemented the same coaching ethics that all accredited members of the International Coach Federation must adhere to - for both our coaches and our clients. This reflects our commitment to our coaches and our clients for a professional, confidential and successful outcome.

The Coaching Agreement

Through the use of our Coaching Agreement we are able to ensure we are providing our customers with the level of coach they need, the resources required, the outcome expected, and the confidentiality levels specific to the coaching engagement.

To discuss a Coaching Agreement for your needs or your organization's contact cmcinfo@cmctraining.org

Coach Selection

We are very selective in the coaches we will work with and provide to our customers. We have an Advisory Committee that has assisted us in the development of our "Coach Screening and Selection Requirements." This is a process each coach must complete before we move them into our available pool of coaches. To be considered as a Coach for Canadian Management Centre please visit Our Coaches.
