2007 Gold Award
Canadian Management Centre is the proud 2007 recipient of the Gold Canadian Award for Training Excellence, awarded by the Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD). Our winning entry, Make It Happen: Leadership Fundamentals Series is a program designed and developed in partnership with our client, LoyaltyOne™ (formerly Loyalty Management Group Canada Inc.). It ranked high in all categories of the judging criteria and was awarded based on the following:
Originality. The modular curriculum offered unique elements to keep participants engaged throughout the series.
Instructional Design. The curriculum was designed to meet the needs of the target audience while respecting adult learning principles.
Evaluation Strategy. Kirkpatrick's method of evaluation was built into the program to evaluate satisfaction, retention and behaviour change.
Packaging. The materials were branded to suit the needs of the organization and offered visual appeal.
- Communication Style. The program used straightforward business communication, relevant to the target audience.

" The course offered good information with solid examples. "
" The course covered a vast range of topics. This was beneficial as it provided a good overview of product management. "
" I enjoyed the hands-on case scenarios and the sharing of information with the other participants. "
