John Putzier is President of First Step Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in workplace performance. A prolific and popular speaker, he is the author of Get Weird.
Dave Baker is President and CEO of Human Capital Advisors LLC, an HR consulting firm that specializes in turnkey HR solutions, and together they are authors of The Everything HR Kit, a new book from Amacom, a subsidiary of the American Management Association.
